Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Theory products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Theory such as the M403236 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S070M6DC32 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8255C501 by Manufacturer Aro as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand 8215G020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as 60300118 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8344G044MO made by Asco as well as the popular PIA673DVL original spares produced by Arbor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1AC2105ZL014 by Reliance-Electric and 60300118 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BOXPC103K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arista.
